The 21^st Century Organization is a complex hybrid (human & non-human) organism that enacts multiple hybrid objects through the 5 generative processes, striving toward synergy as the organism advances into the near adjacent future through the multiple teleological streams of the objects’ tensegral relations.

The CEO Viewer™ is an application developed to be an interactive portal or viewer of all the multiple objects at all levels that are enacted by a complex  organization. It is a meta-design platform based on the 5 onto-genetic processes – construction, development, evolution, emergence, and autopoiesis, and their generative forms – aggregates, holarchies, ecologies, networks, and synergies. It is constructed by thinking of objects enacted in each of the 4 domains, at all levels of human consciousness; and then adding meta-systemic descriptions that incorporate the 5 generative processes across those perspectival domains.
